Overview: S4 Inc. employees selected for this position will be supporting USSTRATCOM in planning, developing, executing, and analysis of USSTRATCOM joint exercises and wargames. You will assist in the development and coordination of Plans of Action and Milestone (POA&Ms) to track key actions and deliverables for each event's life cycle. You will assist in the planning and coordination of conferences and milestone events such as Concept Development Conferences; Initial, Mid, and Final Planning Conferences; and Master Scenario Events List (MSEL) Synchronization Conferences as well as other pre and post exercise activities.

Specific Duties: In this position you will be responsible for:

• Support the planning, development, execution, and analysis of joint exercises and wargames
• Assist in the development, coordination, and management of the Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) to track key actions and deliverables
• Assist with the planning and development of Concept Development Conferences, Initial Planning Conferences, Mid-planning Conferences, Final Planning Conferences, and Master Scenario Event List (MSEL) Synchronization Conferences.
• Develop Master Scenario Events and exercise injects to accomplish training objectives
• Prepare, publish, distribute, and archive Joint Exercise documents as determined by the joint exercise or wargame lead planner and Branch Chief

Skills: Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with clients and vendors, demonstrated technical leadership skills, good verbal and written communication skills. Have a solid understanding of the design of complex databases (e.g., schema and subschema details) so limitations/deficiencies can be identified.

Qualifications:

• Active/current Top Secret+ security clearance
• Five years of experience designing, planning, and leading wargames, table-top exercises or similar projects with an emphasis on facilitating events
• Experience and training in one or more of USSTRATCOM's assigned UCP missions is highly desired as is prior CCMD, Joint Staff, or Service MAJCOM level experience
